Job Description:
HEX Tutors Academy seeks passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable teachers/tutors in Accounting, Business Studies, and Economics to join our growing team of educators. Our ideal candidates are individuals who are not only experts in their subject areas but are also committed to helping students achieve their academic goals. The teacher will deliver high-quality, engaging tutoring sessions to students of various levels, from Intermediate, O level, A level, B.com, ACCA, CA, BBA, MBA, and CIMA high school to university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one Online, home tuitions or group tutoring sessions in Accounting, Business Studies, or Economics.
- Develop customized lesson plans and materials tailored to each student’s learning needs and goals.
- Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide regular feedback to students and/or parents.
- Adapt innovative teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs of students.
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and overall understanding of course concepts.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, examination requirements, and academic standards in the relevant subjects.
- Utilize effective communication and motivational strategies to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with HEX Tutors Academy’s academic team to ensure the quality and consistency of tutoring services.
